Getting Started

Getting started for your child with Autism Spectrum Disorder, special needs or learning difficulties.

You may suspect that your child has has Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), or you have received a medical diagnosis from a health practitioner that points out that this is a possibility. To help you through the process of deciding what comes next with your child, come and talk to us about your concerns.

Our first consultation is free. This consultation will aid you on what steps can be taken next, as well as to answer questions that you may have regarding our programmes.

We focus on Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy. This therapy is based on the science of learning and behaviour, and produces incredible results in children with learning disabilities, but especially with children going through schooling who have autism. Our supportive carers have found that the tools from ABA provide a solid framework to support our learners in their learning environments.

Step 1

FIRST FREE CONSULTATION WITH ONE OF OUR CONSULTANTS

When getting started with your child, a consultant will meet with you and answer any potential questions you may have, as well as explain the different services and programmes available at Newberry Park.
